I would recommend Sunhelm without cold and frostfall + frostfall seasons of you are using seasons of Skyrim. Assuming you did that, from what I remember that mod is just like TeamTAL's stuff in the sense that there's no way to craft or loot the armor, instead you need AddItemMenu (along with its requirement, UI Extensions) unless you want to use console commands.
